Remote Highlands cabin, loch-side

A man in his 70s living off-grid in a remote Highlands cabin activated his personal locator beacon after suffering a potentially life-threatening head injury. A Coastguard helicopter and Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team located and evacuated him, with the rescue coordinated via a satellite signal processed through a response centre in Houston, Texas.
