Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team responded to multiple incidents in the Brecon Beacons area during mid-August. The primary call involved a walker who fell at Clun Gwyn Isaf waterfall on 11 August and sustained head, neck and spinal injuries; the casualty was winched to safety by helicopter and airlifted to hospital. The team also attended to a dislocated shoulder at Waterfalls Country on 9 August and two mountain bike injuries at Bike Park Wales.
