A woman slipped on rocks at Golitha Falls on Bodmin Moor and sustained a significant ankle injury. East Cornwall Search and Rescue Team attended alongside South Western Ambulance Service, with 14 volunteers assisting in carrying her from the difficult-to-access location to the car park for onward transport to hospital.
Outcome: casualty evacuated by stretcher to Derriford Hospital for further treatment
