Glenridding Dodd
A walker suffered a broken leg after slipping on icy ground on Glenridding Dodd on 2 January 2025. Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team attended and arranged airlifting to hospital by the Great North Air Ambulance, with nine team members involved in a rescue lasting two hours and 45 minutes.
Outcome: casualty airlifted to hospital
