Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team responded to two callouts on 31 July 2023. The first involved a rider with a spinal injury at Bike Park Wales who was extricated and handed to ambulance personnel. The second was a medical emergency near Ystradfellte where a young woman who had fainted was treated by rescue medics and paramedics before being transported to hospital.

Outcome: both casualties transported to hospital
