White Ghyll, Great Langdale

A male climber suffered a major myocardial infarction while abseiling from White Ghyll in Great Langdale. He was treated by the team and evacuated by Coastguard helicopter to Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle, with assistance from Kendal Mountain Rescue Team.

Outcome: evacuated by helicopter to hospital
