A woman suffered an ankle injury while on a dog walk at Daisy Nook and was rescued by the Oldham Mountain Rescue Team with assistance from the North West Ambulance Service. She received medical treatment and was evacuated by stretcher to an ambulance. The operation took approximately one hour and 45 minutes.
