Traprain Law, Overhang Wall, East Lothian
A father fell from his climbing stance on Overhang Wall at Traprain Law in East Lothian, swinging into the rock and sustaining a head injury that knocked him unconscious along with other injuries. His son lowered him to safety, and two other climbers raised the alarm. Border Search and Rescue Unit assisted Scottish Ambulance Service in transporting the casualty to an ambulance.
