Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team attended two separate incidents in the Neuadd Valley within consecutive days. On 14 July, a fell runner became detached from his partner and overdue, but was located safely in Pontsticill village. On 15 July, a couple lost on the Neuadd ridge and suffering from cold were located using mapping technology and escorted safely off the mountain.
Outcome: both incidents resolved safely; runner found in village, couple rewarmed and escorted off mountain
