West Kip, Pentland Hills Regional Park
A hillwalker suffered a lower leg injury while walking on West Kip in the Pentland Hills and was airlifted to hospital by Scottish Air Ambulance. Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue Team, working with paramedics, located the casualty and packaged them for evacuation, completing the rescue by mid-afternoon.
