Neuadd Ridge, Brecon Beacons, near Talybont-on-Usk
A woman collapsed while walking on Neuadd Ridge in the Brecon Beacons on 29 November 2025. The walking group provided excellent assistance by maintaining communication with the rescue team and helping the casualty walk down the mountain. She was assessed by rescue team doctors at the roadside and had fully recovered.
Outcome: casualty fully recovered and escorted safely to vehicles
