A 78-year-old climber fell on a rock face near Applecross in Wester Ross, sustaining a broken pelvis and several ribs. Torridon Mountain Rescue Team conducted a technically demanding rescue on a steep cliff above Bealach na Ba pass, and the casualty was evacuated by coastguard helicopter to hospital where he made a full recovery.
