Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team attended four incidents over the bank holiday weekend in late April and early May. These included two groups of disorientated walkers on Bannau Brycheiniog, an injured mountain bike rider at Bike Park Wales, and a male walker with a suspected shoulder fracture near Sgwd Gwladus waterfall. All casualties were either walked out or evacuated by stretcher with no fatalities reported.
Outcome: two walkers escorted to car park, two walkers walked out, mountain bike rider stretchered to ambulance, walker walked to village and driven to hospital
