A 66-year-old female camper slipped whilst walking to her tent at the Gaping Gill winch meet. The team assisted her into an ATV and transported her to the depot for assessment by paramedics.

A 67-year-old female walker collapsed on Long Lane near Clapham. The team attended with off-road vehicles, conducted initial assessment, and transported her to the depot where an ambulance was waiting for further assessment.

A 60-year-old woman suffered a medical episode while caving in Ireby Fell cavern. With support from her party, she ascended to the surface and was assessed by a team doctor before being stretched off the fell and transported to hospital by ambulance.

North Yorkshire Police requested assistance in searching for a missing person in Malham. The person was located safe and well by police officers just as the rescue team arrived on scene.

A member of the public reported hearing a sheep in distress on Newby Moss near Ingleborough. Team members located the animal stuck approximately 10 feet down a pothole and successfully recovered it, reuniting it with the flock.

A 25-year-old male walker fell while scrambling near Langscar Gate, Malham. The team diverted members already en route to another incident to attend this casualty, who was assessed by rescue medical technicians on scene.

A 64-year-old female walker on the Three Peaks Challenge sustained an ankle injury on Whernside and was unable to bear weight. The team assessed and splinted her ankle, then stretchered her down to Kingsdale where she was met by friends for transport to hospital.

A 54-year-old male walker on the Three Peaks Challenge became dehydrated and faint on the descent from Ingleborough near Horton-in-Ribblesdale. After speaking with the Duty Controller, he recovered sufficiently to walk back to the village under his own power, with the team on standby monitoring his progress.

A 96-year-old female walker slipped near Raven Scar above Malham Cove. The team assisted Yorkshire Ambulance Service in loading her into a stretcher for evacuation across the fell.

A 17-year-old male sustained an ankle injury near the summit of Ingleborough. The team evacuated him to Chapel Le Dale for transport to hospital by his party.

A 65-year-old male walker slipped between Dean Moor Hill and Coomb Hill in the Malham area and was assisted by the team. The casualty self-evacuated to a waiting ambulance with support from Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

A 55-year-old woman slipped on a waterfall at Scaleber Force near Settle and was assisted by paramedics from Yorkshire Ambulance Service and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The casualty was treated at the scene and walked back to the waiting ambulance.

Three walkers became disorientated in mist on Ingleborough summit and were unable to locate the correct descent route. The team's Duty Controller located them using Phone Find and guided them safely onto the Horton path and down the hill without requiring physical evacuation.

A walker collapsed on the Three Peaks route above High Birkwith on Rough Hill whilst walking. Despite resuscitation efforts by family, other walkers, team members and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance crew, the casualty could not be revived.

The team responded to North Yorkshire Police regarding a member of a school party who had fallen on the track near Ingleborough Cave. The individual sustained an injured shoulder and was assessed and treated at the scene before being handed over to the Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

A team was alerted regarding a potentially overdue caver in Cow Pot on Leck Fell. The missing individual was located by friends who were searching the area and was subsequently brought safely back to the surface.

Mountain Rescue Team were alerted by North Yorkshire Police regarding an injured walker near God’s Bridge in Birkwith who was suffering from cramps. A small party located the casualty near Nether Lodge farm and assessed his injuries; he was subsequently transported back to Horton in Ribblesdale.
Outcome: Transported safely after assessment
Mountain Rescue was called by North Yorkshire Police to assist a group of walkers who had become disoriented while descending Ingleborough during dark and misty conditions. Using their PhoneFind tool, the Duty Controller located the group via the MR Map system and successfully guided them back onto the correct path.
Outcome: Safe passage/Found and directed to safety
