A dog fell into the river near Pecca Falls on the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail and managed to climb onto a ledge approximately 2 metres above the water. Penrith Mountain Rescue and North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service worked together to establish a rope rescue system, with a team member lowered to retrieve the casualty, who was successfully reunited with her owners.

A 42-year-old male walker experienced chest pains during the Three Peaks walk near Horton in Ribblesdale. The team was called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service; the casualty had already returned to the road by the time of contact.

A 22-year-old female walker became lost and hypothermic near Nick Pot on Ingleborough whilst on the Three Peaks Path. The team located her with assistance from North Yorkshire Police, provided warming and recovery care, and transferred her to Yorkshire Ambulance Service for further assessment.

A 22-year-old female walker was located on the Three Peaks Path near Nick Pot on Ingleborough after becoming lost and hypothermic. Cumbria Police contacted the rescue team about an overdue caving party reported missing from Pippikin Pot on Leck Fell. The cavers made contact via mobile phone and were safely on the surface, requiring no further action.

A 45-year-old male sustained a lower leg injury on the footpath above Goredale Scar near Malham Tarn. The team was tasked by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to assist with the casualty, and a full team callout was initiated with vehicles dispatched to the scene.

A walker raised concerns about two other walkers seen making slow progress descending Ingleborough toward Horton in Ribblesdale as darkness fell. The team was contacted by North Yorkshire Police and began checking car parks and coordinating a response.

A 46-year-old female walker slipped on rocks near Victoria cave at Attermire and sustained a suspected broken left ankle. Team members provided pain relief and splinted the ankle before evacuation.

A 66-year-old female walker sustained a wrist injury after falling near Thornton Force on the Ingleton waterfalls trail. The team attended and provided pain relief with Entonox.

An 78-year-old male walker fainted at the top of Malham Cove, possibly due to low blood pressure. The team assessed him, placed him on a stretcher, and evacuated him to the base where he was handed over to relatives for transport to hospital for medical evaluation.

Three female walkers on the Three Peaks walk became disoriented near Ingleborough's summit in darkness and low cloud with failing torch batteries. The team located them, provided warm clothing, and guided them safely down to their vehicles.

A 55-year-old female runner sustained a foot injury on Whernside and was unable to bear weight. The team located her near Force Gill, assessed her injury, and carried her down the fell by stretcher to the waiting vehicles, where she was transported back to her own car. She was advised by the team doctor to attend A&E for an X-ray.

A 42-year-old male walker with a leg injury near the summit of Ingleborough was located and assessed by the team. He was stretchered to an ATV and transported to his vehicle, receiving medical advice from the team doctor before driving home with friends.

A 20-year-old male walker sustained an ankle injury near Malham Cove whilst walking close to the Dales High Way bridleway and was unable to continue. The team was dispatched and attended the scene with assistance from Yorkshire Dales National Park rangers, where the casualty was assessed and treated.

A 36-year-old male walker on the Three Peaks route reported exhaustion near Ingleborough's Swine Tail path. The team made contact, confirmed he had supplies, provided reassurance and directions, and the walker was able to continue.

A 66-year-old female camper slipped whilst walking to her tent at the Gaping Gill winch meet. The team assisted her into an ATV and transported her to the depot for assessment by paramedics.

A 67-year-old female walker collapsed on Long Lane near Clapham. The team attended with off-road vehicles, conducted initial assessment, and transported her to the depot where an ambulance was waiting for further assessment.

A 60-year-old woman suffered a medical episode while caving in Ireby Fell cavern. With support from her party, she ascended to the surface and was assessed by a team doctor before being stretched off the fell and transported to hospital by ambulance.

North Yorkshire Police requested assistance in searching for a missing person in Malham. The person was located safe and well by police officers just as the rescue team arrived on scene.

A member of the public reported hearing a sheep in distress on Newby Moss near Ingleborough. Team members located the animal stuck approximately 10 feet down a pothole and successfully recovered it, reuniting it with the flock.

A 25-year-old male walker fell while scrambling near Langscar Gate, Malham. The team diverted members already en route to another incident to attend this casualty, who was assessed by rescue medical technicians on scene.

A 64-year-old female walker on the Three Peaks Challenge sustained an ankle injury on Whernside and was unable to bear weight. The team assessed and splinted her ankle, then stretchered her down to Kingsdale where she was met by friends for transport to hospital.

A 54-year-old male walker on the Three Peaks Challenge became dehydrated and faint on the descent from Ingleborough near Horton-in-Ribblesdale. After speaking with the Duty Controller, he recovered sufficiently to walk back to the village under his own power, with the team on standby monitoring his progress.

A 96-year-old female walker slipped near Raven Scar above Malham Cove. The team assisted Yorkshire Ambulance Service in loading her into a stretcher for evacuation across the fell.

A 17-year-old male sustained an ankle injury near the summit of Ingleborough. The team evacuated him to Chapel Le Dale for transport to hospital by his party.

A 65-year-old male walker slipped between Dean Moor Hill and Coomb Hill in the Malham area and was assisted by the team. The casualty self-evacuated to a waiting ambulance with support from Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

A 55-year-old woman slipped on a waterfall at Scaleber Force near Settle and was assisted by paramedics from Yorkshire Ambulance Service and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The casualty was treated at the scene and walked back to the waiting ambulance.

Three walkers became disorientated in mist on Ingleborough summit and were unable to locate the correct descent route. The team's Duty Controller located them using Phone Find and guided them safely onto the Horton path and down the hill without requiring physical evacuation.

The team responded to North Yorkshire Police regarding a member of a school party who had fallen on the track near Ingleborough Cave. The individual sustained an injured shoulder and was assessed and treated at the scene before being handed over to the Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

A team was alerted regarding a potentially overdue caver in Cow Pot on Leck Fell. The missing individual was located by friends who were searching the area and was subsequently brought safely back to the surface.

Mountain Rescue Team were alerted by North Yorkshire Police regarding an injured walker near God’s Bridge in Birkwith who was suffering from cramps. A small party located the casualty near Nether Lodge farm and assessed his injuries; he was subsequently transported back to Horton in Ribblesdale.

Mountain Rescue was called by North Yorkshire Police to assist a group of walkers who had become disoriented while descending Ingleborough during dark and misty conditions. Using their PhoneFind tool, the Duty Controller located the group via the MR Map system and successfully guided them back onto the correct path.
