Snowdon, Pyg Track

A woman suffered an ankle injury while walking on the Pyg Track on Snowdon on 18 February 2020. More than 20 mountain rescue volunteers and a coastguard helicopter were deployed to assist. She was successfully airlifted to hospital by helicopter despite challenging flying conditions.
