Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Park, Edinburgh
A woman sustained a lower leg injury at Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh on the evening of 10 May 2024, in an inaccessible location. HM Coastguard helicopter Rescue 199 was deployed, and with assistance from Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue Team members, the casualty was winched aboard and transferred to the Scottish Ambulance Service near Holyrood Palace.
