A male walker sustained a head injury after falling on Swirral Edge, Helvellyn, on Saturday 18 July. Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team and the Great North Air Ambulance Service responded, with the casualty airlifted from the summit and transferred to hospital for further treatment.
