Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team and a helicopter were called to Glen Affric on Tuesday afternoon to assist two ice walkers who had become crag-fast on steep ground. The casualties were found extremely cold but uninjured, provided with warm clothing and drinks, and evacuated safely by helicopter. The rescue was protracted due to difficult terrain and weather conditions, with another callout occurring the previous day.

Outcome: both casualties evacuated by helicopter uninjured
