Beinn a'Bhuird, Garbh Choire, Cairngorms

Three climbers became stranded on Beinn a'Bhuird in the Cairngorms and were rescued by Aberdeen and Braemar Mountain Rescue teams with assistance from an HM Coastguard helicopter. The operation lasted from Saturday night into Sunday morning, with the climbers safely guided down the mountain after being crag-fast in Garbh Choire.

Outcome: three casualties rescued to crag top then walked out
