Carnedd Dafydd, Carneddau range

Two walkers became stranded on Carnedd Dafydd in the Carneddau range after failing to check the weather forecast and being unprepared for high winds and rain. Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation located them, provided shelter and warm items, and guided them safely off the mountain. The rescue team subsequently issued safety advice highlighting the importance of weather preparation before ascending mountains.
