A walker died after falling from a ridge at Y Gribin in the Ogwen Valley, Snowdonia. The Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team, with assistance from the Coastguard helicopter and an off-duty RAF mountain rescue member, responded to the incident but the casualty did not survive their injuries.
