Mourne Mountains, Kilkeel
The body of a man was found during a search and rescue operation in the Mournes on 17 August after police received a report of an abandoned vehicle. Mourne Mountain Rescue Team and Search and Rescue Dog Association assisted in the search, with one of the rescue dogs locating the body within five minutes of arrival. Police have stated the death is not believed to be suspicious.
