Red Tarn, Glenridding
A solo camper staying near Red Tarn in Glenridding fell ill with repeated vomiting on the evening of 28 April and called for assistance. Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team attended and assessed her condition, after which she was able to walk off the hill without needing stretcher evacuation. She was subsequently provided shelter at the local YHA.
Outcome: walked off uninjured with support
