Mannod Quarry, Crafnant Valley, Conwy
A climber collapsed at Mannod Quarry in the Crafnant Valley while drytooling with a companion. Despite CPR and rescue efforts by the companion, paramedics, and Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team, the climber could not be revived. The body was recovered and handed to police.
