Tryfan, Ogwen Valley, Snowdonia

A 56-year-old walker died following a fall on Tryfan mountain in Snowdonia on 27 May 2019. He was discovered by a fell runner the following morning and recovered by Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team with RAF Mountain Rescue Service assistance. The coroner recorded provisional cause of death as chest and head trauma from the fall.
