A walker in his late 30s from Greater Manchester slipped on wet rocks on Tryfan's South Gully and sustained serious injuries including possible broken ribs and femurs. Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue, assisted by RAF Mountain Rescue and a Coastguard helicopter crew, conducted an eight-hour operation to locate and evacuate him by stretcher to an awaiting road ambulance.

A female walker sustained a badly injured ankle after falling at Birchen Clough near Dovestones on Friday. Oldham Mountain Rescue Team attended and, assisted by doctors arrived via North West Air Ambulance Charity helicopter, provided pain relief and splinting before stretchering the casualty to an ambulance for transfer to hospital.

A 42-year-old man from St Austell was reported missing on 22 September. His work vehicle was located on Wednesday, and search and rescue teams, coastguard, police helicopter, and search dogs conducted extensive searches across woodland and countryside in the Pentewan Valley area over several days.

A body was recovered from the water near Beachley during the search for a 56-year-old woman from Lydney whose car was found near the M48 Severn bridge. Police and the coastguard coordinated the search with assistance from Severn Area Rescue Association. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

A cyclist suffered head and chest injuries during an incident at Bike Park Wales in Merthyr Tydfil on Monday. He was displaying signs of reduced neurological function and had a displaced clavicle. East Cornwall Search and Rescue Team was called to assist Devon and Cornwall Police in searching for a high-risk missing 47-year-old man at Prideaux Woods near Luxulyan on Saturday afternoon. A police dog handler located the man in the woods within a couple of hours, but he had already died. The team assisted police at the scene and helped transport the body to an ambulance.

Two walkers became separated from their group and disorientated on the south shore of Loch Mullardoch late on 4 September 2021. Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team located them about 6 km west of the dam after a 5 km walk and assisted them back to safety. Both walkers were exhausted but uninjured.

A medical emergency was reported on The Cobbler (Ben Arthur) near Arrochar, Argyll and Bute on 31 August 2021 at approximately 3.45pm. A 42-year-old man sustained spinal injuries after jumping into the water-filled quarry at Gold Diggings on Bodmin Moor. Emergency services responded and the casualty was evacuated by stretcher and transferred to Derriford Hospital for treatment.

Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team was called out on Friday night to search for a walker who had become lost in the hills north of Loch Mullardoch. A walker suffered an injury after falling near Steall Falls in Glen Nevis on Thursday evening. Other walkers at the scene provided assistance, and the casualty was airlifted by Inverness Coastguard helicopter to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team responded to three separate incidents in the Brecon Beacons on the same day. A German pointer fell approximately 30ft over Sgŵd y Pannwr waterfall and was stretchered to a veterinary clinic with a fractured leg; a woman suffered a suspected lower leg fracture on the same path and was stretchered to an ambulance; and a missing walker was located safe and well at a nearby car park.

Two women were struck by lightning on the summit of Snowdon on 1 July 2021. One woman was found to be falling in and out of consciousness while the other sustained minor injuries. Both were evacuated to Clogwyn railway station and flown by coastguard helicopter to Bangor hospital, with rescuers reporting neither had life-threatening injuries.

Seven hillwalkers were rescued from Ben Nevis after straying off route during a planned traverse and becoming stranded in a dangerous area with loose rock above them. A 36-year-old man fell approximately 50 metres from the Trinnacle near Dovestone in February after blacking out whilst training for a charity climb. He was rescued by Oldham Mountain Rescue Team and evacuated by Yorkshire Air Ambulance to Sheffield Northern General Hospital with severe injuries to his right leg, which surgeons successfully saved. Several months later, he provided meals to the rescue teams as thanks for saving his life.
