A walker strayed from the Crummock lakeshore path onto steep loose ground on Mellbreak and felt unable to continue safely. Cockermouth Mountain Rescue Team located the casualty using 999 call coordinates and assisted them back to the lakeshore path with encouragement, support and a confidence rope. The rescue involved eight team members and took approximately three hours.

A 14-year-old male fell 5 metres on Leather Tor, sustaining a head injury. The rescue team established rope systems to extract him from the tor and stretcher-carried him over a kilometre to a waiting ambulance. He was handed over to land ambulance at 18:09.

Cumbria Police contacted mountain rescue regarding concern for an overdue walker participating in the Lakes 3000s challenge. The walker's last known position was on the Keswick/Langdale boundary, and the incident was passed to Keswick MRT for coordination of further enquiries and response.
A male walker sustained an ankle injury on Hollowstones, Scafell Pike and was unable to continue descending unaided. Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team deployed and provided support, eventually packaging the casualty for stretcher evacuation to the car park. At 2:30am on Sunday, police received a broken emergency call from walkers reporting they were lost on Kinder Scout near Kinder Falls in poor visibility and bad weather. A search was conducted up the main escape routes and along the tops, where the pair was located on the edge path north of the Downfall. Both walkers were warmed up and walked down to their vehicles uninjured.

A jet ski drifted onto Hen and Chickens rocks near Beachley on Saturday 25 July due to engine failure. The rider was safely assisted to shore by SARA lifeboat and Coastguard crews, and the jet ski was recovered by tow once the tide had risen sufficiently.

A male sustained a hip injury following a fall while swimming in the waterfalls at Tongue Pots in the River Esk. Mountain rescue team members assisted the casualty in walking down to Lingcove bridge, then conveyed him by stretcher for comfort. A woman became lost on the summit plateau of Brim Fell in cloudy, wet conditions on 25 July 2026. Her position was established using the team's Phonefind system and she was given self-help directions to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston, where other walkers assisted her down. The team stood down en route as no further assistance was needed.

A multi-agency search was undertaken for a high-risk missing person south of Weston-super-Mare following a police request on Friday 24 July. Teams searched woodland, open areas and bankside locations over two days with support from numerous rescue organisations. The person was not found despite extensive efforts.

Two walkers reported missing after visiting Lynch Tor and heading toward Baggator were located safe and well in the valley near Coffin Wood, where they had camped overnight. The search involved team vehicle patrols, foot search parties, and a police drone, with the walkers found to be fit and well and the operation stood down in the evening.

Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team responded to multiple incidents including a crag-fast couple on Striding Edge, three lower leg injuries at Aria Force, a head injury casualty from Swirral Edge, and a 20-foot fall from Norman Crag. A five-year-old black Labrador named Tokyo accidentally ingested discarded marijuana whilst descending Ben Nevis and became unable to walk. Volunteers from the Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team carried the dog down the mountain on a stretcher, and she was treated at Crown Vets in Fort William for cannabis toxicity, making a full recovery within 24 hours.
