Striding Edge, Lake District

Paul Robinson suffered life-threatening injuries including a broken neck in three places, spinal fracture, and tension pneumothorax after falling on Striding Edge in the Lake District. He was rescued by Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team, treated in hospital, and later underwent rehabilitation. He has since recovered and is fundraising for the rescue team that assisted in his survival.
